Blackpool and the Fylde College - Farm to Fork Project

Works involved the stripping out of the colleges catering training kitchens which are situated on the 4th and 6th Floor of the Cleveleys building and completely refurbishing them. Also creating a new demonstration kitchen area.

Due to the complexity works had to be carried out in 3 phases to avoid disruption to the running of the college during term time.

This has been carried out in a extremely well co ordinated way and kept all areas of the college working at all times.

Again access proved extremely difficult with moving of materials sometimes up the stairs to the 4th & 6th Floor.
